👍 What I Loved
- Bai Jingting & Zhang Ruonan have chemistry for days — you feel every glance
- It handles trauma with real care — she’s a survivor, not a damsel
- Every conversation means something — the dialogue actually says who these people are
- A male lead who’s quietly all-in and never once pushes her
👎 What Didn’t Land
- The grandpa / second-couple stuff kind of stalls the back half
✏️ What I’d Change
Either leave the second couple out entirely, or give their story enough care to actually earn its screen time.
